Data Analyst, Procurement

Responsibilities

• Aid members of the Procurement COE and Category Sourcing teams in analyzing data to support shared objectives.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of outputs.
• Build and maintain Procurement dashboards, key metric scorecards, reports, and basic visualizations (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Develop and track key metrics (e.g., lead times, payment terms, country of origin, dual sourcing), identifying data issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and supporting automation of manual reporting processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve procurement performance and key business outcomes.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business questions and reporting needs.
• Partner with COE and cross-functional collaborators to improve analytics processes, data flow, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic skills in analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI, along with a fundamental grasp of data analysis, reporting, and measurement.
• Strong attention to detail when handling large data sets.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving and project management skills and strives for continuous improvement.
• Displays basic business financial knowledge.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support development of presentations and other deliverables.
• Manages constructive and cooperative working relationships, often without introduction, and functions effectively on a team.
• Shows curiosity and initiative in taking on new tasks and improving existing processes or approaches.

Pay

$49,500.00 - $77,660.00 USD

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
