Responsibilities
- Aid members of the Procurement COE and Category Sourcing teams in analyzing data to support shared objectives.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of outputs.
- Build and maintain Procurement dashboards, key metric scorecards, reports, and basic visualizations (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Develop and track key metrics (e.g., lead times, payment terms, country of origin, dual sourcing), identifying data issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and supporting automation of manual reporting processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve procurement performance and key business outcomes.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business questions and reporting needs.
- Partner with COE and cross-functional collaborators to improve analytics processes, data flow, and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic skills in analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI, along with a fundamental grasp of data analysis, reporting, and measurement.
- Strong attention to detail when handling large data sets.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving and project management skills and strives for continuous improvement.
- Displays basic business financial knowledge.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support development of presentations and other deliverables.
- Manages constructive and cooperative working relationships, often without introduction, and functions effectively on a team.
- Shows curiosity and initiative in taking on new tasks and improving existing processes or approaches.
Pay
$49,500.00 - $77,660.00 USD
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
