Data Analyst, PGA TOUR Events Business Intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Analytics or another related field required
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in data analysis required
• CRM and Business Intelligence experience strongly preferred
• SQL experience is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization platforms preferred
• Archtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems experience preferred
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude with high proficiency in Excel
• Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and developing solutions for emerging business challenges

Responsibilities/Duties

• Analyze data from large, disparate sources using various quantitative and qualitative methods to answer business questions.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence/visualization initiatives incorporating software and tools including but not limited to Tableau and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with department leads to identify and prioritize leads using data-driven insights and market intelligence.
• Partner with internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities, trends, and emerging markets.
• Identify gaps within the business to drive efficiencies.
• Special Projects and duties as assigned.
