About the Role
This position develops reports, data visualizations, and analyses to support business operations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs in accordance with established data quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and compile data from various internal and external sources.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Build and automate dashboards using Tableau and Tableau Prep to support business units.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and deliver insights.
- Document processes, data sources, and business logic to promote transparency and repeatability.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Present findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Degree / GED; Associate Degree preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep for data preparation and visualization.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is a plus.
- Understanding of fundamental analytical and problem-solving concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker.
- Ability to adapt to change and work independently or in a team.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Occasional overtime required.
