About the role

As a Data Analyst at Booz Allen, you'll work with data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll provide a deep understanding of client data and recommendations on what the information means and how it can be used to make an impact on strategic engagements, process improvement, visualization, and analysis.

Requirements

• Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models
• Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, and predictive modeling
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform Tools such as Power Automate
• Experience with Python, including Pandas, NumPy, API integration, SQL, ETL, and ELT
• Ability to brief senior leaders
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps over time
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal analytics platforms and data products
• Experience translating leadership priorities and assessment requirements into analytic products
• Experience with Databricks or PySpark
• Knowledge of application architecture design
• Knowledge of machine learning, including classification, clustering, and evaluation metrics

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.

Work Model

Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.

Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen or customer facility, in alignment with your leadership's expectations and the needs of the role.

Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed full-time at a customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.

Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings.
