V2X is seeking a Data Analyst III for our Guam location. The position is required to be onsite and requires an active Secret clearance. Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise databases and data management systems to ensure the secure storage, protection, integrity, and accessibility of government data. Acquire, integrate, validate, transform, and maintain data from multiple internal and external sources to develop reliable databases and analysis-ready datasets. Develop and implement data standards, quality assurance processes, and automated ETL solutions to improve data integrity, consistency, and operational efficiency. Apply technical expertise in database design, data modeling, data mining, segmentation, scripting, and automation to support enterprise data management. Utilize SQL, Python, R, XML, JavaScript, ETL tools, and other analytical technologies to extract, manipulate, automate, and analyze complex datasets. Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAS, SPSS, or similar software to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities. Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and ad hoc analyses using Business Intelligence tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms. Perform complex data analysis and present findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to government leadership, program managers, and stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with government customers and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, define analytical solutions, and support mission objectives. Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance, reporting capabilities, operational efficiency, and business processes through data analysis and automation. Troubleshoot database, reporting, and data quality issues to ensure reliable system performance and accurate reporting. Ensure compliance with federal information security requirements, organizational policies, data governance standards, records management requirements, and the proper handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and other sensitive government information. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline or 8+ years technical experience in related discipline required. Minimum Qualifications Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in data analytics, database administration, business intelligence, or a related analytical field supporting government, defense, or large enterprise organizations. Advanced knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and database management principles. Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages, as well as ETL tools and data integration techniques. Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting platforms such as SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. Working knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and analytical software such as Excel, SAS, SPSS, or similar tools. Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Clearance Requirement The position requires an active Secret clearance.
