Responsibilities
- Transfer SEED participant data from the GA SEED Information System to the National SEED Information System
- Develop, administer, and monitor quality control of SEED data in the GA SEED Information System
- Provide data analyst support for miscellaneous data report requests, create presentations, abstracts, and publications
- Conduct validation (second review) and score matching of the Social Communication Questionnaire (SCQ) / SCERTS® Assessment Process (SAP) scores of the SEED participants weekly
- Create and run SAS or other open-source language codes necessary to produce outputs needed for routine GA SEED reporting
- Prepare and create data files for GA SEED participants through coding (e.g., SAS, R, SQL, or other open-source languages)
- Create extensive variable mapping documents and data dictionaries, which are used by scientific staff and statisticians during data analysis
- Document coding for Complex Variables for GA SEED
- Create and deliver tracking “Enrolled/Disposition” reports of GA SEED participants on a weekly basis
Qualifications
- Applies epidemiologic and biostatistical methods to analyze multi-site surveillance and research data, including ASD and developmental disabilities datasets, using SAS, R, and SQL
- Develops, cleans, and maintains complex datasets; ensures data integrity through validation, quality control protocols, and adherence to data governance standards
- Translates complex analytical results into clear reports, tables, figures, and presentations for scientific, programmatic, and stakeholder audiences
- Works effectively with epidemiologists, researchers, IT staff, and external partners across multiple sites to support study operations, data submissions, and analytic needs
- Identifies data issues and process improvement opportunities, supports IRB and compliance requirements, and contributes to study design, reporting, and evaluation
Pay and Benefits
