Job Type Full-time Description The Data Analyst I drives operational efficiency by leveraging internal and external datasets to support cross-functional teams and clients. This role utilizes a foundational technical suite—including Excel, MS-SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, and Looker—to query complex data and present actionable findings to stakeholders. Serving as a bridge between raw data and business strategy, the Data Analyst I translates technical results into clear, digestible insights, ensuring that data-driven solutions accurately address customer needs and organizational goals. Duties/Responsibilities Execute & Deliver: Manage the end-to-end fulfillment of daily data requests while identifying opportunities to enhance and expand core data product offerings. Data Management: Update and maintain relational databases; manage seamless data distribution across multiple platforms and environments. Strategic Growth: Proactively identify market trends and "current event" triggers to provide context-rich analysis that supports business development. Collaborate & Consult: Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex data findings into understandable, high-impact presentations. Process Engineering: Design and implement best practices, standardized workflows, and compliance procedures to scale the data team’s efficiency. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Technical Stack: Proficient in MS-SQL and Google BigQuery is required. Data Literacy: Basic understanding of relational databases, data joining/linking, and File Transfer Protocols (FTP/sFTP). Visualization & Reporting: ability to build basic dashboards in Looker or Tableau to tell a story with data. Agility: Ability to navigate a high-paced environment, managing shifting priorities without compromising attention to detail. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with a focus on making technical data accessible to non-technical audiences. Ownership & Teamwork: A proactive communicator who takes personal responsibility for data accuracy and project timelines while maintaining a "service-first" mindset when supporting internal teams and external clients. Education And Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.) preferred. Professional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data analytics with a focus on SQL/BigQuery.
