Data Analyst - Healthcare Encounters

About The Role SafeRide Health is seeking a Data Analyst with a high degree of ownership, customer focus, and follow-through to own encounter operations and stakeholder management for a portfolio of Medicaid and Medicare Advantage clients. This role sits at the intersection of data, healthcare operations, and client service - working with clients and internal teams to turn complex requirements and encounter data into clear action. You’ll manage the end-to-end encounter workflow for approximately 6–8 clients, gather requirements, and serve as the bridge between clients, business teams, and engineers to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
