Data Analyst - Cardio Partners - Remote

For Non-Central Ohio based candidates this is a remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in the United States and be willing to work EST hours. Candidates who require visa sponsorship/transfer now or in the future cannot be considered.
About the role
The Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and analyzing data across Sarnova’s IT systems, supporting SQL-based reporting, web platform administration and configuration, and customer implementation projects. This position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI dashboard development, and the ability to configure and maintain web-based platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards
- Document processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performance
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field required
- 4–6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments
- Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding)
- Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts
- Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing
- Experience with web platform administration and configuration
