Summary
The Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and analyzing data across Sarnova’s IT systems, supporting SQL-based reporting, web platform administration and configuration, and customer implementation projects. This position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI dashboard development, and the ability to configure and maintain web-based platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences. This role directly influences operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by delivering accurate data insights, maintaining reliable platforms, and supporting successful implementations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability
Administer and configure web-based platforms to support business operations and customer-facing solutions
Collaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards
Document processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performance
Skills/Experience Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
Experience: 2–6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments
SQL Skills: Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)
Power BI: Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
Web Platform Administration: Experience with web platform administration and configuration
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Priorities & Deadlines: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communication: Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Customer Implementation Projects: Experience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding)
ETL Tools & APIs: Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts
Healthcare/Regulated Environments: Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments
Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Data Warehousing: Exposure to data warehousing
