This role is responsible for reviewing and interpreting legal entity documentation, supporting entity onboarding and maintenance activities, ensuring data quality, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to meet regulatory and operational requirements.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience handling sensitive information, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end legal entity onboarding and maintenance across firmwide platformsReview, analyze, and interpret legal entity documents and supporting recordsGather, validate, and maintain legal entity and financial dataHandle sensitive PII and ensure compliance with data retention requirementsPrepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activitiesMaintain audit-ready documentation and evidence supporting regulatory controlsPartner with business stakeholders, operations teams, controllers, and regulatory groupsConduct data quality reviews and resolve documentation or data discrepanciesAssist with process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and data governance projectsSupport special projects aligned with legal entity management and reporting objectives Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Legal Studies, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience reviewing legal entity documentation, onboarding entities, or gathering and validating legal entity informationStrong ability to read, interpret, and extract information from legal entity documentsExperience handling sensitive information and maintaining data accuracyAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong critical thinking, organizational, and time-management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a deadline-driven environmentQuick learner with a patient, adaptable, and collaborative approachPreferred QualificationsExperience within financial services, banking, asset management, or regulatory environmentsExperience supporting legal entity management, regulatory reporting, or ownership structure reviewsExposure to data analysis and automation tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or Power AutomateFamiliarity with AI-enabled tools and technologiesExperience operating within highly controlled or regulated environmentsWhat Will Make You Stand Out?Strong experience reviewing and analyzing legal entity documentationKnowledge of legal entity onboarding processes and regulatory requirementsExceptional attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to identify inconsistencies and resolve complex data issuesStrong stakeholder management and communication abilitiesProven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracyExperience working in financial services or highly regulated industries Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
