About the Opportunity:The Data Analyst role supports the execution and growth of educational programs by managing and analyzing programmatic data. The position ensures data operations run smoothly and reliably, enabling operational insights and improvements. This role collaborates across multiple teams to enhance program efficiency and impact through precise data work and proactive project management. 3. Responsibilities:• Execute accurate and efficient data operations related to student outreach and program activities.• Review, test, and audit data work to ensure integrity and validity.• Create, maintain, and audit documentation of data and processes.• Develop a detailed understanding of data to improve programmatic efficiency.• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated workflows.• Support data-related operational tasks and ad-hoc requests organization-wide.• Participate in annual evaluation of student applications. 4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of full-time experience in Data Analytics.• Proven analytical skills applied to program management and operational problem-solving.• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Python, R, Git, and statistical methods.• Strong attention to detail ensuring data and reports are accurate.• Ability to manage multiple data projects independently in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred:• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.• Experience with data in the education sector. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. 6.
