Responsibilities
- Data Analyst: Import, transform, and validate data; generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets; integrate data from multiple sources; work closely with business groups, IT verticals, and governance teams.
- Asset Reporting Analyst: Manage KPIs for IT hardware and software assets; develop, audit, and optimize legacy reporting tools; identify reporting gaps and propose solutions; provide proactive insights for asset lifecycle management, fulfillment efficiency, and organizational compliance.
- Role: Gather and document complex business requirements; architect, build, and deploy new reporting solutions and dashboards; maintain and optimize legacy reporting tools; identify and interpret trends; provide actionable insights; perform data profiling and logical modeling; develop advanced scripts and queries; design and manage the data reporting environment; execute data mapping and tracing; prepare comprehensive documentation; lead the development and continuous improvement of KPIs.
Requirements
- Writing queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Detail oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze a situation for potential future problems.
- Proven ability to gather and document complex or unclear stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical reporting specifications and new builds, iteratively working with stakeholders to ensure delivery meets requirements.
- Strong technical and end user documentation and writing skills.
- Strong verbal and strategic communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a relentless focus on detail and the accuracy of disseminated information.
- High degree of autonomy and self-motivation, with a track record of navigating legacy documentation and raw data independently to reach proficiency.
- Innate curiosity and a passion for using data to improve business processes and source data quality.
- Demonstrates an ability to grow technical skills and learn new technologies.
Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain and asset lifecycle management.
- Expert/Advanced experience in Google Sheets and related functions (pivot tables, Apps Script, macros).
- Experience and basic knowledge of Google Gem creation.
- ServiceNow (HAM Pro, SAM Pro, ITAM).
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail.

Pay
Pay ranges from Level 1 - $36.06/hr - $48.08/hr to Level 4 - $130,000 - $160,000.
