About the role

Mediaocean provides end‑to‑end software and AI for advertising, making content more accessible around the world. The company supports over $200 billion in annualized ad spend and serves 100,000 users globally through platforms such as Prisma, Innovid, and Protected by Mediaocean.

You will be the technical backbone turning Mediaocean’s FP&A team into a governed, AI‑powered data operation—owning the pipeline from ERP and other data sources through Snowflake to the tools the finance organization and business leaders use every day.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end data pipeline: NetSuite → Snowflake → reporting, built to survive schema drift, API changes, and month‑end without breaking.
  • Develop and maintain the Snowflake data model that serves as the single source of truth for the Innovid/Prisma consolidation process.
  • Deliver PowerBI dashboards and self‑service executive views that the FP&A team and business partners trust.
  • Implement Claude integration in production—the “Ask Finance” layer of our AI‑powered database—ensuring AI‑assisted numbers are accurate, explainable, and traceable to source.
  • Integrate open‑web data from third‑party marketing sources, financial results, and analyst reports into structured data that feeds Snowflake predictive‑modeling tools for senior leadership insights.
  • Help transform the FP&A team into an AI‑first department that supports an agentic environment.

Requirements

  • Strong hands‑on Snowflake experience—including modeling, performance tuning, and production pipelines.
  • PowerBI fluency: building reliable reports that users depend on, not just connecting data sources.
  • Real production experience with Claude or another LLM in a live workflow, including validation of output before it informs decisions.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite, Snowflake, and SAP data, and comfort partnering directly with finance stakeholders and business unit leaders.
