Reporting to the BI Manager, the BI Support Analyst serves as the first line of support for BI tickets, emails, and incidents across the Wholesale and Inhouse divisions. This role is responsible for designing, building, and supporting Power BI reports, triaging stakeholder issues, and owning day to day BI support activities while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate support processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first line support for BI tickets, emails, and incidents.
- Reply to tickets within 24 hours to maintain open communication.
- Design, build, and support Power BI reports for the Wholesale and In
