Data Analyst 2 with Security Clearance
Job Description
The DA2s serve as behavioral scientists for AI systems, defining what constitutes "normal" behavior before identifying anomalies. In Phase 1, they conduct controlled experiments across various AI models, including commercial services and open-source models deployed locally, to observe resource utilization, API interaction patterns, and output features. They analyze telemetry data from these systems to establish statistical baselines and create anomaly detection algorithms that can differentiate between typical operational variations and security issues. A key aspect of their work involves distinguishing between conversational AI that functions in discrete sessions and autonomous AI agents that maintain persistent states and can alter their workflows.
