Dashboard Developer/Data Scientist

Job Summary

This position involves developing and automating Python scripts for data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, creating reports and visualizations in Qlik Sense, troubleshooting ETL issues, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and automate Python scripts for data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Create reports and visualizations in Qlik Sense to communicate findings and insights
• Build and implement new visualization and metrics for DoD senior leadership
• Maintain existing data pipelines and troubleshoot ETL issues

Required Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, Spark, and Pandas
• Proficiency in Qlik
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality results
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve product quality and delivery speed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data structures such as AWS S3, Delta, and external tables
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines in Databricks and integrating legacy systems
