About the role

Radiance Technologies is an employee-owned company with benefits that are unmatched by most companies in the Dayton, Ohio area. We are searching for a talented analyst to join our Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MS&A) team in support of various missions in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

• Compose an analysis plan that includes what is being analyzed and how it will be analyzed
• Build a wide range of models within scenarios
• Perform verification on these models and scenarios
• Develop and execute Designs of Experiment (DOEs)
• Analyze experiment output
• Generate presentations and reports

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
• Minimum of a SECRET Collateral security clearance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of analytical experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Python

Desired Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in development and execution of DOE-based analysis plans
• Experience using analytical techniques such as uncertainty quantification, sensitivity analysis, and meta-model development
• Experience working with statistical software such as JMP and MATLAB
• Experience working with DOE software such as Dakota, PIANO, and HAL
• Experience working with MS&A tools such as AFSIM, NGTS, and ITASE
• Familiarity with DoD security practices
