Responsibilities
- Lead sales cycles for multi-site infrastructure projects, focusing on DAS and Private Cellular solutions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for key sectors, such as Healthcare and Aviation.
- Translate technical requirements into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
- Meet annual revenue targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Serve as the primary contact for key hardware/software partners, managing alliances and partnerships.
- Align technology roadmaps with client needs through regular product readouts.
- Negotiate and manage partner programs and deal registration protocols.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet technical standards and carrier requirements.
- Navigate spectrum management and international regulatory frameworks.
- Cook up cross-functional teams for RFP responses and project management.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, with 10+ years in DAS and Private Wireless.
- Deep technical expertise in LTE/5G NR, CBRS, and Neutral Host architectures.
- Established relationships with major equipment manufacturers and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent strategic communication skills, able to present technical concepts to executives.
- Proven project leadership, managing multi-million dollar RFP responses and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in managing DAS OEM vendor relationships, direct and indirect selling.
- Relevant industry certifications (iBwave, CWNA, etc.) are highly advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
