DAS Foreman
About the role
Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a DAS Foreman for their Technology Division. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be service-oriented, and have experience in the DAS, wireless cellular (tower), or DAS industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and define scope and mobilization plan
- Provide activity coordination/sequencing assistance
- Understand project specifications and construction drawings
- Execute resource planning, produce material requisitions, and produce 6 week look aheads
- Aid in project labor projections and risk mitigation
- Interact with client, general contractor, and understand customer expectations
- Perform material & supply management and understand project financial commitments
- Utilize construction technology tools and manage onsite subcontractors
- Execute quality control procedures and ensure high-level craftsmanship through attention to detail and excellent customer service
- Assist with site commissioning and turnup
Requirements
- 4+ Years in the DAS, wireless cellular (tower), or DAS industry
- Proficient in software programs like Microsoft Office 360, Bluebeam, and other industry related programs
- Possess good communications skills
- Proficient in Work Station and copper feed terminations
- History of successful project performance
- Valid Driver’s license and a clean MVR
Qualifications
- Dependable with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours
- Demonstrates an aptitude for learning and a goal-oriented mindset for continual growth
- Positive attitude with a "Can-Do" mindset
Skills
- Experience leading crews and educating team members
- Experience with delivering large complex projects
- Proficient in fiber-optic installation / termination / splicing
- Proficient in coaxial cable termination & testing
- Experience with WSP/Carrier base station installations, communications site grounding, and Comm Room buildouts
- Proficient with Fluke test equipment – both Fiber and Copper

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with occasional Saturdays from 6:00am to 2:30pm.
