The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to ensure seamless job postings and applicant tracking systems. Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the platform, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and functionality of the NEOGOV platform
• Resolve technical issues related to the platform
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the platform

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT support
• Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with database management systems (SQL)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and Django framework
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Good understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
