About the role

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is expanding its team of professional dance instructors. We are currently seeking a Dance Instructor to join our dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week
• Help students achieve their personal dance goals through various methods
• Enhance the lives of students every day
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds
• Attend events hosted by the studio

Requirements

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about dance
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong physical fitness and endurance
• Positive outlook and willingness to learn
• Team player and open to feedback

Qualifications

• Experience in dance and/or teaching
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for dance and a desire to share it with others

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week, with additional events on weekdays and weekends
