About the role

We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor. Whether you have years of dance and/or dance instructor experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us!

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods.
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with them.
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds to enrich their lives.
• Attend studio events and weekday evening and weekend events with students.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Commitment to being successful and willingness to work hard.
• Strong physical fitness and endurance.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week; additional weekday evenings and weekends for events.
