About the role

We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students achieve their personal dance goals through various methods.
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with them.
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds, providing personal enrichment.
• Attend studio events and weekday evenings with your students.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Commitment to being successful and holding oneself accountable.
• Unselfish team player, eager to accept coaching and feedback.
• Positive outlook, always seeing the good side of things.
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week, with additional weekday evenings and weekend events.
