We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. Whether you have years of dance and/or dance instructor experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us!

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods.
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with them.
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds, providing personal enrichment.
• Attend events hosted by the studio on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Understanding of success and willingness to commit to the work.
• Unselfish team player, eager to accept coaching and feedback.
• Positive outlook, always seeing the good side of things.
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance for the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week, with additional events on some weekday evenings and weekends.
