Dance Coach

About the role

We are currently hiring Dance Coaches to join our dynamic team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios®. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love dance, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about helping others achieve their dance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with a diverse range of individuals
• Attend events hosted by the studio, including weekday evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about dance
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance
• Positive outlook and willingness to accept coaching and feedback for improvement
