About the role

We are currently hiring Dance Coaches to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their dance goals, and enhancing their lives through dance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with them
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds
• Attend events hosted by the studio

Requirements

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about dance
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance
• Positive outlook and willingness to learn and improve

Salary commensurate with experience

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week, with additional events on weekdays and weekends
