About the role

We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance coaches. We are currently hiring for a Dance Coach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students achieve their personal dance goals through various methods.
• Enhance people's lives daily by interacting with them.
• Work closely with people from diverse backgrounds, providing personal enrichment.
• Attend studio events and weekday evenings with your students.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Commitment to being successful and holding oneself accountable.
• Unselfish team player.
• Eager to accept coaching and feedback for improvement.
• Positive outlook and a cup always half full.
• Exceptional physical fitness/endurance levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week; additional events on weekday evenings and weekends.
