Dance Assistant Coach - PACT Charter School, Ramsey, MN

About the role

PACT Charter School is seeking a Dance Assistant Coach for the 2026/2027 school year. This position offers a pay for the season of $1000 and a 16-week duration from October 26th to February 12th.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dance Program at PACT Charter School
• Collaborate with the Dance Director to plan and execute dance classes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for students
• Engage with students to foster their growth in dance skills and character development

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Strong commitment to PACT’s values of respect, citizenship, gratitude, compassion, integrity, cooperation, self-control, responsibility, and perseverance
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in dance or related field
• Experience teaching dance to youth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for dance and character education
