Dallas Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)
About the role
As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us. You need to be friendly, observant, and able to provide the right support while leading confidently in managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. Safety is our highest priority, and you’ll receive world-class training at our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.
You should be determined to always perform to the highest standards, focus on being solution-oriented, and manage a demanding work schedule. Your role goes beyond service—you’ll deliver an authentic experience to customers while reflecting the Emirates personality: professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan.
Requirements
- More than one year’s experience in hospitality or customer service
- A positive attitude and natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures
- Minimum qualification: high school graduate (Grade 12)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Minimum height of 160cm and ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes (to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types)
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics)
- Ability to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements (you’ll be based in Dubai)
Pay
Your pay consists of three components:
- Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80–100 hours per month)
- Overseas meal allowance: credited in arrears the following month
Average total pay: AED 11,244 per month (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280). Figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class).
