Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
- Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and organized according to shift schedules through efficient task delegation, break rotations, and job assignments.
- Supervise team members to maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service.
- Assist in onboarding and training new crew members in all areas of restaurant operations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to hourly employees to support ongoing development and performance improvement.
- Ensure all guest service standards are met or exceeded, including quality, value, and cleanliness.
- Handle minor guest complaints with professionalism and escalate more serious concerns to management when necessary.
- Support the execution of instore promotions and marketing efforts by ensuring proper team communication and guest engagement at the point of sale.
- Complete shift-based cash handling procedures and accountability reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Maintain consistent communication with management regarding shift performance, employee concerns, and operational issues.
- Perform the duties of all hourly, non-management positions as needed.
- Absorb and assist with special projects or tasks assigned by management.
- Serve as a dependable point of contact and decision-maker during shift operations.
