For our client, a leader in the Energy & Utilities space, we are seeking a D365 Solutions Analyst Finance to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design processes within the Manufacturing Systems domain to meet business needs
- Sustain and evaluate design standards and systems setup, coordinating with Solutions Analysts and the CoE
- Collaborate with external vendors to optimize the technical landscape
- Establish design processes and maintain comprehensive documentation and testing procedures
- Assist users in testing and adoption of process improvements
- Support continuous process improvement and corrective actions for system issues
- Provide project support for new implementations and system upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related field required
- 3+ years experience in architecture, configuration, and development for Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Direct configuration experience with G/L, AR, and AP
- Experience leading full ERP implementation cycles from analysis to stabilization
- Experience in systems governance and integration of enterprise level systems

Pay
$96,000 – $145,000 annually
