About the role
Standardize design templates and scale execution across offshore wind projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Create a single, repeatable master design/blueprint (technical drawings, specifications, or configuration standards) that can be replicated consistently across multiple sites, projects, or units.
- Roll out the approved standard design to multiple sites/projects, ensuring each build matches the master template with minimal deviation.
- Conduct site audits/inspections to verify that each replicated build adheres to the original design, safety codes, and quality standards.
- Identify site-specific constraints requiring deviation from the standard design, document exceptions, and coordinate approvals with design/engineering teams.
- Gather feedback from multiple builds to refine and update the master design, maintaining version control and a central repository of standard drawings/specs for future replication.
Requirements
- 0–18 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in design build tools.
