Job Summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a Co-Pack Lead position. This role involves supervising warehouse employees, performing basic inventory control tasks, and managing warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse employees
• Manage timekeeping and temp rosters
• Perform inventory checks
• Clean the warehouse

Complexity

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Management skills to lead a team
• To maintain a neat and orderly warehouse

Experience Requirements

• 2 years warehouse experience
• Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience
• Warehouse safety experience
• Ability to lead a team with minimal direction
• Computer experience is mandatory

Education Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
• A college degree is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Sit, stand, walk, bend, lift or kneel during the work day
• Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate to customers or other employees
• Work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required
