About the role

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, providing immediate assistance as necessary.
• Interact with visitors and employees, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain records of all vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
• Ensure proper operation of security equipment and facilities.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to perform patrol duties, including climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security systems and procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills
