(ISI) is seeking professional, dependable, and experienced D Licensed Security Officers to join our growing team serving Palm Beach County, with current opportunities in the Downtown Lake Worth area. Officers will provide professional security services for construction sites, commercial properties, special events, and other client locations throughout Palm Beach County.

This position is ideal for security professionals with experience in construction site security, commercial security, access control, or event security who are reliable, observant, and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong security presence. This is also an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible secondary source of income. Officers have the ability to pick and choose available dates, times, locations, and assignments based on their availability.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer with ISI, you'll provide security services at construction sites, commercial properties, special events, and other client locations throughout Palm Beach County, including the Downtown Lake Worth area. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Controlling access by verifying employees, contractors, vendors, guests, and deliveries.
• Conducting routine foot and vehicle patrols.
• Protecting property, equipment, and client assets.
• Monitoring for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
• Enforcing site rules, safety regulations, and client-specific procedures.
• Completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports accurately and on time.
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a visible and professional security presence.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

• An active Florida Class D Security License.
• Reliable and consistent transportation to assignments throughout Palm Beach County.
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to arrive on time and ready to work for all accepted assignments.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Attention to detail when completing reports and documenting incidents.
• Flexibility to adapt to different client locations and security assignments.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in construction security, commercial security, access control, event security, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
