Cylinder Processor

About the role

Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures.

• Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Check for cylinder quantities, styles, and product, and fill any necessary product.
• Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and key into the computer the quantities, styles, and products filled to justify stock inventory.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation as per company and governmental procedures.
• Operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED.
• More than one (1+) year of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• A strong mechanical background is desired.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay

$30.06 per hour.
