About the Role

As a Cybersecurity Senior, you will play a key role in helping clients improve their cybersecurity processes, systems, and strategies to enhance efficiency. You will assist senior team members, conduct research, gather data, perform testing, and contribute to the development of deliverables. This position offers valuable opportunities for learning and growth in the cybersecurity field while working closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for individual compliance with administrative responsibilities.
  • Execute sales support tasks as assigned, including proof of concepts, whitepapers, case studies, and demos.
  • Identify cross-selling and new service offering opportunities and communicate them to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and other project deliverables as determined by management.
  • Adhere to leading practices in all deliverables.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage segments of projects independently while being involved in multiple projects.
  • Keep the project team informed regarding the status of assigned responsibilities, including performing project plan maintenance to a task level.
  • Respond to all clients with a sense of urgency, escalating matters or managing up as necessary.
  • Achieve firm, team, and organization metrics (e.g., utilization and realization).
  • Consistently produce work of the utmost quality.

Work Environment

  • Expectation to spend time with the client in accordance with their needs, including both the firm’s office and client premises where conditions may vary.
  • Volume and predictability of work may vary with client demands; may be subject to on-call requests with short notice and work hours exceeding 40 per week.
  • Physical demands include transporting necessary equipment between client sites, requiring the ability to lift issued equipment such as laptops, backpacks, keyboards, and note-taking materials, as well as bending or standing as necessary.
  • Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending on client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience since undergraduate degree, or 0–3 years of experience since MBA.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or other relevant certifications.
