Cybersecurity Product Engineer

Position Overview Seeking a Cybersecurity Product Engineer to lead product security initiatives across software teams. Key Responsibilities Own product cybersecurity compliance and documentation.Lead incident response and threat analysis.Develop mitigation plans and convert cybersecurity requirements into engineering tasks.Assess CVEs, prioritize responses, and coordinate mitigation efforts.Establish repeatable cybersecurity processes and define risk thresholds.Contribute to security design and implementation for product features. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or computer science field.5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and software development.Proven leadership in cybersecurity compliance, risk analysis, and mitigation.Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills Experience with embedded software and industrial automation products.Knowledge of cybersecurity implications in motion control and automation. Position involves a hybrid work model with at least 3 days onsite, emphasizing continuous improvement and team collaboration to create secure, user-friendly products.
