About the role
The Cybersecurity Instructor position at Keiser University is designed for an experienced educator looking to contribute to the university’s mission of providing high-quality cybersecurity training.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate-level cybersecurity courses including network security, cryptography, and ethical hacking.
- Develop and maintain course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular classroom instruction and provide feedback to students.
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement efforts.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and incorporate relevant technologies into teaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the college level.
- Experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site work.
