About the role

Responsibilities

• Conducting security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks.
• Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security strategies and practices.
• Maintaining awareness of emerging threats and technologies to inform security strategy and implementation.
• Providing technical guidance and support to clients and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of common cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with security tools like SIEM, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

Pay

Salary range: $116,909 - $205,000 per year
