About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Cloud Automation Engineer to join our team. This role involves Cyber Security Operations development in areas such as Threat Hunt Analytics, Malicious Detections, and Workbook development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and assist with Azure resource deployments using IaC and CaC
- Developing, deploying and using Threat Hunt Analytics, Malicious Detection, Workbooks and other Incident Response tools
- Aid in automated deployments of mission-critical security software and applications
- Develop and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are secure against threats
- Engage with customers for requirements gathering and solution development activities
- Improve processes across the enterprise by introducing automation and industry best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT Administration, Engineering, or Automation experience (including 3+ years of Cloud experience)
- 1+ year experience with programming languages or PowerShell
- 1+ year experience with manually or programmatically accessing REST API endpoints
- Satisfaction of 8570 IAT II requirements (typically CompTIA Security+)
Preferred Skills
- Azure experience
- Working knowledge of multiple SIEMs including Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel/Log Analytics
- Leadership experience in relevant technical areas
- Technical Certifications, such as: Microsoft AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-600 or AZ-700
