About the role
Responsible for conducting security assessments, responding to security incidents, and implementing security measures to protect company data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with IT teams for remediation
- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity
- Experience with incident response and threat hunting
- Knowledge of common security protocols and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- CISSP certification preferred
- Experience with security tools such as SIEMs, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of network architecture and design
- Experience with security frameworks like OWASP, CIS Benchmarks
