Cyberark Engineer

About the role

The client is seeking a senior-level CyberArk Engineer to join their large enterprise security team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in CyberArk administration and engineering, with a focus on privileged access security, secrets management, and identity security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for CyberArk technologies and privileged access security.
• Design and implement secure, scalable privileged access and secrets management solutions.
• Lead CyberArk platform upgrades, enhancements, and engineering initiatives.
• Support secrets management for both human and machine identities.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural standards.
• Partner with identity, security, cloud, and DevOps teams on enterprise security initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk CCP (Central Credential Provider), CyberArk PCM (Privileged Cloud Management).
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with credential management, privileged access management, and secrets management.
• Strong Windows Server administration background.
• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Python development experience.
• CyberArk certifications.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.
• Experience leading CyberArk migrations, upgrades, or architectural initiatives.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and Sybase environments.
