Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and document findings with preventive recommendations.
- Participate in evaluation of client IT infrastructure, prepare actionable assessment reports, and support due diligence to document infrastructure maturity and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the design of scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions, review reusable components, and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
- Align release schedules and environment readiness, execute deployments as per protocols, perform post-deployment testing, and manage version control to track changes.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades while ensuring uninterrupted integration into existing systems and processes.
- Facilitate performance data analysis across systems, coordinate insights on system behavior, and support capacity planning to optimize performance.
- Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits, implement security measures, and coordinate continuity plans to maintain adherence to standards.
- Gather feedback to identify automation opportunities, analyze existing infrastructure processes, and propose enhancements for efficiency gains.
- Act as liaison with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document project requirements, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Develop a centralized repository of technical and procedural knowledge, leveraging insights from other projects to drive efficiency and retain organizational expertise.
- Develop and implement CyberArk components — Vault, CPM, PSMP, Credential Providers.
- Automate bulk onboarding of applications and accounts using CyberArk APIs and scripts.
- Support credential rotation and secrets management automation.
- Work on CyberArk infrastructure deployed in AWS (EC2-based hosting).
- Automate credential providers for large numbers of applications.
- Automate provider installation, upgrades, and integrations.
- Enable secure credential injection into application and developer pipelines.
- Write PowerShell, Python, and shell scripts for bulk account onboarding, reporting, audit extraction, and operational automation.
- Leverage CyberArk REST APIs for automation, integration, and reporting.
- Build error handling and retry logic into automation workflows.
- Integrate CyberArk with developer pipelines for secure credential distribution.
- Monitor and optimize CyberArk service performance and infrastructure stability.
- Work closely with CyberArk engineers, IAM team, and DevOps squads.
- Support monitoring and dashboarding for PAM services.
- Support large-scale application onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

- Support migration of deployment pipelines from UCD to GitLab with Terraform.
- CyberArk deployment on AWS — Windows and Linux EC2 environments.
- Performance tuning of EC2 instances, Lambda-based automation, and CyberArk services.
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, UCD, and Terraform.
