About the Role
Tyonek is seeking Cyber Instructors to support the Air Force's Cyber Warfare Formal Training Courses. The focus is on full-spectrum, multi-capability integrated cyber operations, with an emphasis on both defensive and offensive skills related to Air Force Cyber (AFCYBER) activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in all areas of AFCYBER Operations, including but not limited to:
- 16AF employment of Cyber capabilities
- 16AF presentation of forces to support commanders
- Tactical and operational mission planning
- Execution for battle space effects
- Synchronization of Non-Cyber capabilities
- Leverage in-depth knowledge in any of the following areas (a plus):
- Systems Training Plans (STP)
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA)
- Master Training Task Lists (MTTLs)
- Task Analysis Worksheets (TAWs)
- Training Task Lists (TTLs)
- Deliver advanced/specialized training in support of Air Combat Command (ACC), AFCYBER, US Cyber Command (USCC), and the US Government (a plus)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- IAT/M Level III Certification (required)
- 400+ Instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD Certification (required)
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (required; must be able to obtain)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods
- Routine climbing/descending of stairs
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
- Routine grasping, handling objects, finger dexterity, bending elbows/knees, and reaching above/below shoulders
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
Post-offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing is required. Tyonek maintains a drug-free workplace.
