Cyber Warfare Instructor II

About the Role

Tyonek is seeking Cyber Instructors to support the Air Force's Cyber Warfare Formal Training Courses. The focus is on full-spectrum, multi-capability integrated cyber operations, including both defensive and offensive skills related to Air Force Cyber (AFCYBER) activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in all areas of AFCYBER Operations, including but not limited to:
  • 16AF employment of Cyber capabilities
  • 16AF presentation of forces to support commanders
  • Tactical and operational mission planning
  • Execution for battle space effects
  • Synchronization of Non-Cyber capabilities
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Systems Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task Lists (MTTLs), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAWs), or Training Task Lists (TTLs) (preferred but not required).
• Deliver advanced/specialized training in support of Air Combat Command (ACC), AFCYBER, US Cyber Command (USCC), and the US Government (preferred but not required).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (required).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of Cyber/IT.
• IAT/M Level II Certification.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (required).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods.
• Routine ability to climb/descend stairs.
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
• Routine grasping or handling of objects, use of finger dexterity, bending elbows/knees, and reaching above/below shoulders.
• Work environment is a normal office setting with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
