Cyber Training Developer
About the role
Drive a multi-year technical training and assessment program. Leverage instructional systems design strategies and computer network operations experience to help magnify clients’ cyber training capabilities. Collaborate with military leadership, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build, validate, implement, and evaluate critical training programs for advanced learners who are motivated to grow their skillset.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
- 2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems.
- Experience creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of training content development or instructional scenarios.
- Experience with the development, deployment, operations, maintenance, training, or administration of Windows or Unix-based operating systems.
- Experience with assessing student understanding, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency in the subject.
Qualifications
- Nice if you have: 2+ years of experience with teaching cyberspace operations in a formal classroom setting; Experience developing training evaluation metrics; Knowledge of commonly used software-programming languages such as, Python, PERL, shell scripting, or others; Ability to build consensus and effective cross-functional relationships; Ability to adapt content development and delivery to a variety of audiences; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and client-management skills.

- Ability to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations for a broad range of audiences.
- Ability to navigate in an ambiguous, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role.
Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
