About the role
As the Cyber Software Associate Manager, you will lead cyber software engineering efforts within the Lockheed Martin RMS Cyber Resiliency portfolio. This includes defining and developing Cyber Software solutions, ensuring Software Assurance of developed capabilities, and collaborating with product and software engineering teams. This position also leads and mentors a group of cyber software engineers, requiring frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a group of cyber software engineers
- Oversee cost accounting and perform cost estimations
- Manage team performance and product strategy
- Staffing and overseeing the development of Cyber Software solutions
- Ensure Software Assurance of developed capabilities
- Collaborate with product and software engineering teams
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Cyber, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Ability to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance prior to starting this position
- Proven experience leading Cyber teams
- Proven experience in effective communications with internal and external customers
Qualifications
- Compliance with 8140/8570 certification requirements such as CISSP
- Prior experience with COTS Software and Software Assurance
- Experience with the Aegis Weapons System
- Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Cost accounting and cost estimation experience
- Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay & Schedule
- Annual base salary range: $128,200 - $225,975
- Pay Rate: $147,400 - $255,530 for major metropolitan areas
- Work Schedules: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
