About the role

Formulate cyber strategies to best meet evolving technological requirements. Lead security audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards. Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to integrate security practices and address vulnerabilities. Develop and update security policies and protocols. Draft white papers and other technical articles to support company growth initiatives. Support Sales through demos, trade shows, and customer visits. Lead technical responses to RFPs & RFIs. Travel as required to implement, train, and support. May mentor less experienced Cyber Security Specialists. Act as CISO for Richland Fuel business unit.

  • Ability to run meetings and presentations to executive staff
  • Produce policy and technical procedural documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Advanced Knowledge of cyber security concepts and best practices.
  • Good technical and analytical skills, particularly in a cyber security context.
  • Strong technical expertise, with deep knowledge in advanced cyber security principles, tools, and practices.
  • Ability to solve complex security challenges.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks and mentor team.
  • Experience working with and securing Operational Technologies/Industrial Control Systems and associated computing environments.
  • IT and Cyber Security certifications such as: Network+, Security+, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GISCP.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.

Pay

  • Salary: $109,000 - $148,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
